Feeling Run Down And Struggling With Work-Life Balance?

In the business of helping people, our to-do lists are long, the people we work with need us, and there never seem to be enough hands and resources to go around. As helpers, we tend to let ourselves be a last priority. Work is hard, life is hard, and continuing to show up for both feeling the all-too-common signs of burnout and compassion fatigue can leave us in a tough spot.

We invite you to attend any or all of our five self-care workshops. These sessions focus on ways to live with joy, safety, and compassion for oneself.  This translates to greater productivity and workplace satisfaction to be at our best for our clients, without sacrificing ourselves in the process.

Each session will leave you with a spark of hope, a sense of community, and a plan for ongoing well-being. These workshops are accompanied by FREE  1-hour online Fire Side Chats to check in with the trainers and other participants about what is working and what else you can try. These sessions will be held monthly, you can join us for all or one, whatever might fit in your schedule! Learn more on what to expect down below.

NEON is a connector, innovator, and expert resource

Rural and culturally underserved communities in Oregon are often under-resourced, particularly in their capacity to support the health of residents. As a result, barriers to community health can be enormous—providers experience gaps in funding, technology, and training; community members commonly have limited access to information and care. Our mission at NEON is to create a healthier Oregon. We accomplish this by reducing barriers for both residents and the systems that support their health. We are connectors, innovators and experts. We connect people and organizations to one another and to resources they need to meet their goals. By thinking out of the box and harnessing the creativity of our communities, we help lead the development of solutions to the unique challenges faced in our region. We make it our priority to learn and share policy, practice, and tools that will help others accomplish more. We believe that by working together, the communities of Oregon can move from surviving to healthy, happy, and thriving

Our History
