Refund & Cancellation Policy
 How do I cancel my registration?
Registration cancellations must be initiated by the participant. Refunds or credits depend on when the cancellation request is received.
What if I cancel at least two weeks before the class starts?Â
You are eligible for a full refund.
- Payment by invoice/check:
A full refund will be issued by check within 14 business days.
- Payment by Stripe:
A full refund minus the applicable processing fee will be issued within 3 business days.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
(Processing fees vary based on the total registration amount.)
What if I cancel less than two weeks before the class starts?Â
If cancellation occurs between two weeks prior and the day before the class, you may choose one of the following:
 Option 1: Credit Toward a Future Training
- Receive a 100% credit toward the same class or another class of equal value.
- The credit must be used within six (6) months of the original course date.
- If unused after six months, a partial refund will automatically be issued.
 Option 2: Partial Refund
- Payment by invoice/check:
A refund of 50% of the training cost will be issued by check within 14 business days.
- Payment by Stripe:
A refund of 50% of the training cost minus the processing fee will be issued within 3 business days.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
(Processing fees vary by registration amount.)
Can I substitute another participant?
Yes. Up to one day before the class starts, organizations may request to substitute another participant if the original registrant cannot attend.
- Substitutions must be requested in advance and
- Must be approved by the Training Program Communications and Project Manager.
What happens once the class has started?
Once a class has begun:
- Refunds, credits, and substitutions are no longer permitted.
- In exceptional circumstances, requests may be reviewed by the Training Program Director.
What if NEON cancels the training?
If NEON cancels the training:
- All registrants will be contacted.
- You may choose between:
- A full refund (no processing fees deducted), or
- A full credit toward a future training.
Refund details:
- Check payments are refunded by check.
- Stripe payments are refunded via Stripe, with NEON covering all processing fees.
Credit details:
- Credits are tracked and managed by the Training Program Communications and Project Manager.
- A registration link will be sent when the selected training course is open (or once it opens).
