In order to qualify, you must meet the criteria listed below and complete the form to the right.Â
Criteria for qualification:
Certified but not licensed healthcare workers (Community Health Workers, Traditional Health Workers, Doulas, Peer Support Specialists, Case Managers, Addiction Specialists, Qualified Mental Health Associates, Dental Assistants, Dental Technicians, and QHAs). Supervisors and administrative staff qualify as well.
- Serve a rural area/population
- Are a NEON Community Partner

- Essential Skills for Supervision—normally $200 per module, with a scholarship, $35 per module.

- Module 4: Performance Management and FeedbackÂ
- Module 5:Â Boundaries and Ethics in the Field
