As a CHW supervisor, communication is your most powerful tool. Whether it’s guiding your team, providing feedback, or addressing community needs—clear, consistent communication is the foundation of success.

As a Community Health Worker (CHW) supervisor, you're not just overseeing teams—you're a key player in driving organizational change. Clear, consistent, and effective communication is at the heart of transformation, whether you're adapting to new policies, shifting community needs, or evolving team dynamics.

This training equips you with the tools to lead with communication through times of change and growth, ensuring your team is aligned, motivated, and responsive to new challenges.

Objectives:

  • Set clear and consistent expectations of all staff regarding communication.
  • Effectively communicate about organizational changes.
  • Establish means and mechanisms to amplify employee voice in strategic and organizational planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure equity by establishing clear and timely processes for communication feedback loops.
  • Determine the most effective and efficient communication channel for different types of information.

Flexible Fair Refund Policy

Registrations canceled 14 or more days before the training start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date (up to the day before class) are eligible for either a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future training of equal value. Credits must be used within six (6) months.

No refunds, credits, or substitutions are permitted once the class has started.

Participant substitutions may be requested up to one day prior to the start of class, subject to approval.

Refunds for Stripe payments are subject to applicable processing fees. If NEON cancels a training course, participants may choose a full refund or full credit, with no processing fees deducted.
