Home visiting is a proven strategy for outreach to and engaging community members.

In this 3-hour online training we will cover the values and benefits of home visiting and share tips for staying safe in the field. We’ll also discuss ways to establish and maintain the tricky boundary issues faced by home visitors.

Flexible Fair Refund Policy (Checkout Notice)

Registrations canceled 14 or more days before the training start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date (up to the day before class) are eligible for either a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future training of equal value. Credits must be used within six (6) months.

No refunds, credits, or substitutions are permitted once the class has started.

Participant substitutions may be requested up to one day prior to the start of class, subject to approval.

Refunds for Stripe payments are subject to applicable processing fees. If NEON cancels a training course, participants may choose a full refund or full credit, with no processing fees deducted
