In Module 2's Culturally Responsive & Trauma-Informed Supervision, you'll learn how to integrate the Surgeon General’s Framework for Mental Health and Well-being into your supervisory practice, with a focus on equity and emotional safety.
This training will help you understand how supervision can be a powerful tool for improving service quality, staff retention, and wellness—especially in diverse and trauma-impacted workplaces. You'll explore supervision models that support culturally responsive leadership, clarify the roles and competencies of frontline staff and supervisors, and gain practical skills for conducting risk management reviews and documenting supervision meetings effectively and ethically.
Consists of two 3-hour online trainings.Â

Flexible Fair Refund Policy (Checkout Notice)
Registrations canceled 14 or more days before the training start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date (up to the day before class) are eligible for either a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future training of equal value. Credits must be used within six (6) months.
No refunds, credits, or substitutions are permitted once the class has started.
Participant substitutions may be requested up to one day prior to the start of class, subject to approval.
Refunds for Stripe payments are subject to applicable processing fees. If NEON cancels a training course, participants may choose a full refund or full credit, with no processing fees deducted.Â
