CGHC Learning Collaborative CHW Training Cohort 4
This online course consists of 20, 4.25-hour sessions every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday morning. From 8:30 am to 12:45 pm. Starting September 22nd and ending November 19th, 2026.
Upon completion of this training, participants will qualify for certification as a Community Health Worker and 90 continuing education credits (CEUs) through the Office of Equity and Inclusion at the State of Oregon. NEON CHW CEUs are reciprocal to MHACBO credits.

- October 1, 13, 14, 15, 20, 21, 22, 27, 29
- November 3, 5, 10, 12, 17
- Last day Wrap-up: Friday, November 20

*Please Note: All registration information is necessary. A separate enrollment form link will be sent out in your registration email. This is information that is needed by the State of Oregon and is required to be completed.
*A camera and a mic are required to attend this training.

Flexible Fair Refund Policy
Registrations canceled 14 or more days before the training start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date (up to the day before class) are eligible for either a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future training of equal value. Credits must be used within six (6) months.
No refunds, credits, or substitutions are permitted once the class has started.
Participant substitutions may be requested up to one day prior to the start of class, subject to approval.
Refunds for Stripe payments are subject to applicable processing fees. If NEON cancels a training course, participants may choose a full refund or full credit, with no processing fees deducted.
