This two-session training is designed to help supervisors strengthen relationships, support staff development, and create high-performing teams.
Participants will explore the full cycle of the supervisory relationship—from onboarding to professional growth—and learn how to update orientation practices for greater impact. You'll gain tools to implement trauma-informed supervision, build team cohesion, and conduct meaningful performance reviews.
Learn how to co-create professional development plans that inspire growth, and use the WRAP feedback model to foster open, constructive communication across your team.
Consists of two 3-hour online trainings.

Flexible Fair Refund Policy (Checkout Notice)
Registrations canceled 14 or more days before the training start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date (up to the day before class) are eligible for either a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future training of equal value. Credits must be used within six (6) months.
No refunds, credits, or substitutions are permitted once the class has started.
Participant substitutions may be requested up to one day prior to the start of class, subject to approval.
Refunds for Stripe payments are subject to applicable processing fees. If NEON cancels a training course, participants may choose a full refund or full credit, with no processing fees deducted.
