Build Stronger Teams Through Empathy, Equity, and Awareness.
In Module 2's Culturally Responsive & Trauma-Informed Supervision, you'll learn how to integrate the Surgeon General’s Framework for Mental Health and Well-being into your supervisory practice, with a focus on equity and emotional safety.
This training will help you understand how supervision can be a powerful tool for improving service quality, staff retention, and wellness—especially in diverse and trauma-impacted workplaces. You'll explore supervision models that support culturally responsive leadership, clarify the roles and competencies of frontline staff and supervisors, and gain practical skills for conducting risk management reviews and documenting supervision meetings effectively and ethically.
Consists of two 3-hour online trainings.
