Developing a Healthy Effective Team
During this 3-hour online course participants will join with other mid-level leaders in;
- Defining Team Roles Tool.
- Turning a Job Description into a Scope of Work Worksheet.
- Connect with other professionals.
Objectives:
- Name at least five characteristics of an effective team.
- List at least five resources, including technological, needed to optimize effectiveness.
- Describe the role of supervisor in creating a healthy, well-functioning team.
- Be able to use a variety of tools to describe an employee’s scope.
- Define a policy and practices that support employees working at the top of their scope.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
NEON, on rare occasions may have to cancel an event. Refunds will be offered per our stipulations below, or the registrant may choose to attend another training of the same value on another date offered. CEUs will not be awarded for sessions that do not occur.
For registration amounts greater than $100, registrants may request a full refund 2 weeks prior to the training. Within the 2 weeks before the event, 50% will be refunded. No refunds will be given upon the day of the training or afterward. For registration amounts less than $100, 50% will be refunded up to one week before the training date. After that, no refunds will be made.
