A 6-month, 30-hour training and coaching series for  those who hire, lead, and manage frontline staff.  It will provide practical skills and tools and  will result in a happier, healthier, more effective and stable workforce.

• Develop healthy practices to prevent compassion fatigue and burnout

• Establish an organizational structure that encourages, models, and facilitates healthy practices

• Connect with other professionals through the process

Earn up to 30 CEUs 

Training Dates:

Twice a month we will meet for instruction followed by coaching. 

Dates- Instruction is held on Wednesdays from 9 AM - 12 PM, and Coaching is Wednesdays from 9 AM - 11 AM PST

Instruction: July 10, August 7, September 4, October 2, November 6, December 4 

Coaching: July 24, August 21, September 18, October 16, November 20, December 18

*A camera and mic are required to attend this training.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

NEON, on rare occasions may have to cancel an event. Refunds will be offered per our stipulations below, or the registrant may choose to attend another training of the same value on another date offered. CEUs will not be awarded for sessions that do not occur.

For registration amounts greater than $100, registrants may request a full refund 2 weeks prior to the training. Within the 2 weeks before the event, 50% will be refunded. No refunds will be given upon the day of the training or afterward. For registration amounts less than $100, 50% will be refunded up to one week before the training date. After that, no refunds will be made.
