Cancellation/Refund Policy:

NEON reserves the right to cancel the event at any time and full refunds will be offered, or the registrant may choose to attend another training of the same value. 

For registration amounts greater than $100, registrants may request a full refund 2 weeks prior to the training. Within the 2 weeks before the event, 50% will be refunded. No refunds will be given upon the day of the training or afterward. For registration amounts less than $100, 50% will be refunded up to one week before the training date. After that, no refunds will be made.
